The changes are most noticeable in CAS: Smoother body sliders, Sim rotation and quicker switching of clothes. There you can also toggle Borderless if you run your game windowed and set an FPS Limit if your GPU doesn’t allow you to do so already. You can increase the Delay value by around 1000-5000 if the patch is failing.
